Staffing Inc. is partnered with a privately held, family-owned and operated frozen food manufacturer located in Holland, MI who is actively looking for a qualified Pallet Sorter who is ready to start immediately. The company is a primary producer of packaged and shipped assortment of frozen food entrees for Private Label and National Brands for both the retail and food service markets. A primary function is to operate a Hi-Lo and move skids of finished products to the wrappers and be responsible for operating a powered hand jack and moving of finished products to the wrapper. Operate wrapper safely, stacking and moving skids of finished products.

Pallet Sorter Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating a Hilo and moving skids of finished products to the wrapper(s).
- Responsible for operating a powered hand jack and moving skids of finished products to the wrapper.
- Responsible for the proper use and safe operation of the wrapper(s).
- Responsible for stacking and moving skids of finished products.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed for forklift operations, product and ingredient storage (including load capacity), and other work practices to avoid and eliminate workplace hazards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Pallet Sorter Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Stand-up and sit-down Hilo experience required
- Must have proficient math skills.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with others.
- Good organizational skills and detailed oriented.
