Have a love of welding? Do you enjoy learning? Dresco might be a fit for you! We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Welder to join our growing team. Hours are first shift- 7:00AM-5:30PM Monday thru Thursday with overtime offered (not mandatory) on Fridays. Starting pay is $17+ based on experience. As a Welder, you will be asked to weld various types of metals (steel, aluminum, etc.) using multiple methods (MIG and TIG). Current welding certifications are preferred but not required. A skill test for job consideration is required. Willingness to operate a fork truck and become fork truck certified to move parts.

Requirements:
- Welding certifications preferred but not required
- A skill test to show your abilities
- Mechanically inclined and willingness to learn
- At least one year of welding experience
- Previous work in the manufacturing industry
- Values precision and enforces quality standards
- Ability to communicate effectively and ask questions when needed
- Ability to read blueprints
- Utilize a variety of measuring tools such as calipers, tape measure, protractor, etc.
- Familiarity with temperatures and adjusting welding equipment
- Must be focused and pay attention to detail
- Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
