- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Five or more years of coaching experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of softball and experience coaching, playing, training ore developing softball athletes.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and develop student-athletes in the technical, tactical and physical aspect of softball.
- Experience working effectively with student-athletes in a competitive athletic environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
- Perform all duties in accordance with NCAA, Conference and University rules, regulations, ordinances, polices, procedures and guidelines.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to the University by the University’s insurance carrier.
