Program Leadership Track Overview
The Program Leadership Track is designed for individuals who want to develop expertise in:
- Student enrollment
- Family relationships
- Program management
- Retention and student success
- Marketing and community outreach
- Leadership and operations
This role plays a critical part in helping new families start their journey and ensuring existing students continue progressing toward black belt.
This path can lead to roles such as:
- Program Director
- School Manager
- Multi-location leadership roles
Responsibilities
Program Leadership Track team members help guide the overall student experience and support the growth of the academy.
Core responsibilities include:
- Meeting with prospective families and guiding them through the enrollment process
- Conducting introductory consultations with parents and students
- Helping students progress into appropriate programs
- Supporting student retention and engagement
- Building strong relationships with families
- Coordinating student events, promotions, and special programs
- Supporting marketing and community outreach efforts
- Managing scheduling, communication, and program organization
- Working closely with instructors to ensure student success

Applicants must:
- Be dependable and punctual
- Be comfortable working with children and families
- Be able to work evenings and some weekends
- Maintain a professional appearance and lifestyle
- Pass a criminal background check
- Be able to represent Championship Martial Arts with professionalism
Experience in sales, customer service, leadership, education, or youth programs is helpful but not required.
