Branch Manager
Position Purpose
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall success of an Ace Outdoor Services branch. This role leads the branch through Team, Clients, Assets, and Operations while driving accountability, developing leaders, protecting customer relationships, and achieving financial goals.
Role Summary
The Director of Operations owns company-wide execution. The Branch Manager owns the results of their branch.
Ideal Candidate
A strong people leader who is accountable, organized, financially aware, operationally capable, comfortable making difficult decisions, and able to lead the branch independently while staying aligned with the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Team
- Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers and other supervisors
- Hold leaders accountable to expectations and results.
- Maintain proper staffing and develop future leaders.
- Address poor performance quickly and consistently.
- Build a culture aligned with Ace's core values.
Clients
- Own customer retention and overall service quality.
- Ensure complaints and issues are resolved quickly.
- Hold Account Managers and Operations Managers accountable for customer experience.
- Protect and strengthen Ace's reputation.
- Support growth within existing customer relationships.
Assets
- Maintain fleet and equipment readiness.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and inspections are completed.
- Hold teams accountable for equipment condition.
- Maintain organized and professional branch facilities.
- Identify equipment and resource needs before they impact operations.
Operations
- Own branch revenue, margin, labor efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure work is properly scheduled, staffed, and completed.
- Review branch KPIs and budget performance.
- Identify problems early and develop solutions.
- Ensure company processes and systems are consistently followed.
- Lead seasonal planning and major operational events.
