Operates various machinery which form and assemble parts to customer specifications. Working in cells where you would be crimping, end forming and asseblying for fluid systems.
Part time openings paying $17.50 per hour long term no end date. Work Monday - Thursday only
Full time openings paying $15.00 that are temp to hire.
Shift times:
1st Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm
2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm
3rd Shift: 10:30pm-7:00am
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operates machinery in a safe and productive manner ensuring parts are built to the manufacturing plan.
- Reads and understands specifications and follows verbal and written instructions.
- Ensures housekeeping and health and safety standards are maintained.
- Adheres to all corporate and plant level rules and regulations.
- Supports an attitude of teamwork and contributes to continuous improvements.
- Understands the importance of quality and assists in the achievement and maintenance of TS 16949 certification.
- Understands the importance of the environment and assists in the achievement and maintenance of ISO 14001 certification.
- Supports the ICARE program
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and machine operation instructions.
- Basic math skills to support SPC and data gathering techniques.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time on the manufacturing floor.
