Mo's is looking for a dependable and hardworking line cook to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Setting up and stocking the line before each shift.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and sanitary work area.
- Following food safety and proper food-handling procedures.
- Work efficiently during busy service hours.
- Communicating and working well with the kitchen team
- Assisting with prep work, dishes and closing duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-pased environment.
- Strong teamwork and communications skills.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and safely left up to 50 pounds.
