Our client, a leading innovator in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a PTC Creo Product Engineer - Intermediate to join their dynamic team. As a PTC Creo Product Engineer - Intermediate, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams including Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Industrial Design, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
Pay Range: $60 Hourly
What's the Job?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure seamless execution of engineering assignments.
Design, develop, and improve products by applying mechanical engineering principles, material science, and manufacturing processes.
Support product validation and engineering approval processes, including ISIR and PPAP documentation.
Participate in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) activities to enhance product reliability.
Contribute to successful product launches and production implementation efforts, ensuring quality and manufacturability standards are met.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience applying mechanical engineering principles, material science, manufacturing processes, and tooling in product development.
Experience with engineering approval processes for production parts, including ISIR and PPAPs.
Ability to perform and interpret DFMEA and PFMEA assessments effectively.
Proficiency with PTC Creo software is required; experience with Windchill is preferred.
