Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of products through our warehouse and onto the production floor. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manually count products as they arrive.
Move products to material handlers to ensure timely delivery to the production floor.
Package panels in preparation for shipment.
Schedule outbound freight and coordinate with customers for delivery.
Operate sit-down forklift for approximately 25% of the time.
Essential Skills
2 years of shipping experience.
Proficiency in inventory management.
Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
Forklift operation skills.
Strong customer service abilities.
Familiarity with SAP and data entry.

Work Environment
Work in a temperature-controlled, well-lit warehouse environment. This role involves sit-down assembly tasks and offers a flexible shift starting at 6:30 am, with the possibility of adjustment depending on daily shipments.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudsonville, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
