This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical experience—or someone who has a strong interest in developing a career in the marine industry. Certification is not required. Training and schooling will be provided, giving the right candidate an opportunity to build valuable skills and grow in the trade.
What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs on boats and marine equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Assist with servicing and maintaining marine engines and related systems
- Follow instructions and established service procedures
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work with the service team to complete repairs and maintenance efficiently
- Continue learning new marine service techniques and equipment
