Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, outdoor-loving Powersports Rental Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our rental operation, helping locals and tourists experience the best of Michigan's trails. You will guide customers through the rental process, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure our fleet of vehicles is safe, clean, and ready for adventure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Experience: Greet guests, manage reservation software, process payments, and verify driver's licenses and rental waivers.
• Safety Orientations: Walk customers through basic vehicle operations, fit them for safety gear (helmets), and explain local trails or rules.
• Fleet Maintenance: Conduct pre- and post-rental inspections to check fuel, fluids, tire pressure, and look for any new vehicle damage.
• Vehicle Care: Wash, clean, and stage ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles, so they are spotless for the next guest.
• Open/Close Duties: Help secure the yard, organize safety equipment, and prepare the shop for the next day's rentals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred for insurance towing requirements).
• Licenses: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Powersports Familiarity: Basic knowledge or experience operating ATVs, side-by-sides, and snowmobiles is highly preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as these are our busiest rental days.
