What You'll Do
Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, polishing, and maintaining hard surface floors
Clean carpets through vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and disinfecting
Follow established maintenance schedules and procedures
Coordinate floor care activities to minimize disruption in resident living areas
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Remove dirt, dust, grease, and debris using proper cleaning methods and products
Help create a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents and guests
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Trade school education preferred
Previous floor care, environmental services, housekeeping, or maintenance experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
