Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting assembly, manufacturing, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: General Laborer / Production and Assembly roles available
Location: Traverse City, MI
Pay Range: Assembly roles are $18-20/hr and Production roles are $19-21/hr. Pay is based on specific role, shift, and experience.
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift options, overtime may be available as well.
What's the Job?
Support production and assembly operations by building products and handling materials
Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment following established procedures
Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and finished products
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed
What's Needed?
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor roles preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn manufacturing processes
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, or technical documents
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
