JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused sales representative to join our team. We are looking for a career minded individual who is driven, organized, and enjoys building relationships while also helping to problem solve. Previous sales experience in steel and fabrication is preferred; however, steel knowledge is not necessary as we are willing to train the right person. This position is year-round Full Time (40 hours) with benefits available after 90 days.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Starting wage: $20–$24/hour, negotiable with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Process customer orders, make/take sales calls
- Works to establish and maintain customer relationships
- Prepare, present, and follow-up sales quotes and leads
- Coordinate with operations and purchasing to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
- Generate sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and follow-up
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Metal industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM systems
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Strong Organizational and Time-management skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
