We are looking for a new asset to the McKimmy Ag Crew! An individual who can help with our daily operations, ordering and building customer relationships. Experience is preferred. This is a full-time position, (45-60 hours per week during busy season), $18 – $25 per hour depending on experience. Health benefits after 90 days.
DUTIES:
Customer Service:
- Strong communication skills
- Phone skills a MUST
- Answer phones, assist customers
- Product recommendations
- Load customer orders
- Operate the register
- Operate equipment: Forklift, Back-hoe
- Weigh Slips
- Build customer relationships
Ordering:
- Feed, fuel and office supplies
- Invoices
- Learn and establish vendor relationships
- Weekly ordering
- Pricing
- Check-in products
- Notifying customers regarding special products
Monthly Fertilizer Report:
- Record fertilizer sales to the state
- Bulk, Bag, Liquid
Inventory Display:
- Organize office product layout
- Rearrange per season
Miscellaneous Office Paperwork:
- Word Proposals
- Excel Spreadsheets
