Highland Plastics is a 30-year manufacturer of extruded sheet and roll products for the automotive industry, with strong growth plans ahead. We're hiring for our night shift on a 5-day, 24-hour operation.
Production Line Operator — Night Shift (Midnight–8:00 AM)

What You'll Do
- Safely operating a forklift
- Disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling industrial machinery (some components exceed 400°F)
- Starting up extrusion lines by completing pre-start checklists and setting parameters to spec
- Troubleshooting process issues and adjusting equipment to keep product within quality tolerances
- Taking QC measurements and logging them accurately
- Packaging finished goods (stacking sheet or winding rolls)
- Granulating scrap and maintaining a clean, safe work area
This role blends setup, machine operation, and quality control — ideal for someone who wants variety and autonomy rather than repetitive, single-task work.
