Synergy Manufacturing Group is looking for a motivated and dependable 3-Axis Laser Cutting Operator to join our growing team. If you have experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment—especially Mazak or Mitsubishi machines—and enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
· Set up and operate 3-axis laser cutting machines (Mazak and Mitsubishi preferred).
· Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
· Load raw material and unload finished parts safely and efficiently.
· Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments.
· Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
· Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
· Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep equipment clean.
· Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
· Keep material logged and organized.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment (Mazak or Mitsubishi experience is a strong asset).
· Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
· Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
· Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
· Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset.
· Willingness to work overtime when required.
· Familiar with Diamond Nest and Radan Cad Cam nesting software
