- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum three years progressive administrative experience, preferably in an education setting.
- Experience interacting with students in a post-secondary setting, including larger groups of students and students under stress.
- Knowledge of specific terminology of the unit and program area.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to interact professionally and appropriately with a wide variety of individuals, including but not limited to physicians and faculty, students, patients, standardized patients, and the general public.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong technical database skills.
