The Manager, Vehicle Order & Allocation Management is responsible for leading the execution and continuous improvement of Stellantis' vehicle ordering and dealer allocation processes. This position serves as the business lead for critical ordering and allocation systems, ensuring operational excellence, system reliability, and alignment between Sales, Brands, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Information & Communication Technology (ICT).
This position will oversee the development and execution of allocation strategies, resolve complex business and system issues, drive process modernization initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for vehicle ordering and allocation operations
Lead monthly vehicle allocation activities supporting US dealer operations that ensure fair, compliant, and effective allocation methodologies
Oversee vehicle ordering processes, product availability management, sales code administration, and ordering restrictions
Partner with Brand, Sales, and Supply Chain organizations to support business objectives and market requirements
Serve as business owner and subject matter expert for VOIM, allocation systems, and supporting business applications
Partner closely with ICT teams to investigate, prioritize, and resolve production issues
Drive modernization initiatives utilizing advanced reporting, analytics, workflow automation, and digital tools
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive operations, supply chain, inventory management, production planning, sales operations, allocation, or related disciplines
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing people, projects, or cross-functional teams
Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Automotive OEM experience
Experience supporting vehicle ordering, inventory planning, allocation, production scheduling, or demand planning processes
Experience partnering with ICT organizations on system enhancements and issue resolution
Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or business intelligence experience
