Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to provide customer service, which includes assisting civilians with inquiries, answering/transferring phone calls, and providing documentation to clients or government agencies per their request. May help with processing correspondence and prepares court documentations and the relative accounts accordingly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitates entry of court orders for enforcement.
Prepares and processes court correspondence and notices for appropriate parties, adjusting accounts accordingly.
Serves as a point of contact, answering client inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
Monitors emancipations and case closure.
Performs related work as required.

Additional Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and Experience

At least two years of relevant college-level course work or an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or a related field
1 to 3 years of Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration experience
Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities
