Our client, a leading property management and industrial development organization, is seeking a Snow Removal Operator to join their team. As a Snow Removal Operator, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting snow removal, equipment maintenance, and tenant safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Snow Removal Operator
Location: Negaunee, MI
Pay Range: $18.00 to $25.00
Shift: 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Drive loader, pickups, and sanding trucks for routine routes
Plow snow over 2 inches in parking lots for leased tenants in Marquette, Marquette Township, and Negaunee Township
Operate trucks with salt/sand mixtures for entrances and parking areas
Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance
Keep detailed records of work performed and monitor weather forecasts
What's Needed?
Valid driver's license or chauffeur's license (testing fee reimbursement available)
Good driving record
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Strong organizational skills for record-keeping and planning
Experience operating equipment preferred
