Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods.

What You'll Do
Greet customers and respond to phone, email, and in-person parts inquiries
Identify parts needs, check availability, and process customer and service department orders
Coordinate with Service Technicians and Advisors to provide parts for vehicle repairs
Order parts from suppliers and confirm pricing, quantities, and availability
Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts and inventory
Create accurate invoices, process payments, and maintain parts records
Process parts returns, core returns, and warranty-related transactions
Maintain an organized parts counter, stockroom, and inventory area
What You'll Bring
2+ or more years of experience in automotive parts, retail, inventory, or customer service
Knowledge of automotive parts and basic vehicle systems
Experience with parts catalogs, inventory systems, or dealership software
Strong order entry, invoicing, and documentation accuracy
1+ years of experience receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
