Design, develop and maintain responsive single-page application (SPA) user interface components using modern JavaScript frameworks including React, Angular, Vue.js as well as TypeScript; ensure compliance with UX design specifications and WCAG accessibility standards. Architect and implement RESTful API services using Java with Spring Boot framework and Node.js with Express framework; follow microservices design patterns and SOLID principles. Serve as technical anchor and sole technical owner for enterprise Guest Experience (GXP) Scheduling platform; responsible for end-to-end system architecture across frontend and backend layers. Gather and analyze business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders; conduct technical feasibility assessments to determine implementation viability and system impact across distributed service layers. Design and implement cloud-native CI/CD deployment pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including Cloud Build, Cloud Run and Artifact Registry for containerized application delivery. Write and maintain automated unit test suites and develop end-to-end integration test suites to validate full-stack application workflows across all service layers. Monitor application performance and reliability using application performance monitoring (APM) tools and GCP Cloud Run observability tools; identify and resolve latency bottlenecks and resource utilization issues. Enforce code quality standards by configuring and maintaining static analysis quality gates, remediating code vulnerabilities, security hotspots and technical debt. Diagnose, root-cause and resolve production defects across all application tiers including UI rendering, backend, downstream service integration and cloud infrastructure configuration. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define and maintain API contracts, data models and integration specifications for upstream and downstream service dependencies.
Work Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor – Computer Science, Instrumentation and Control Engineering or Electronic Engineering (will accept foreign education equivalent)
Experience: Five (5) years
