The EPiC Consortium is seeking an experienced Allied Health professionals to serve as Lab Instructors for accredited healthcare training programs.  These programs include Radiography, Respiratory Therapy, Surgical Technology, Medical Assisting and Certified Nurse Aide.  We are looking for certified individuals in these fields to serve as lab instructors across the state.  The instructor will support hands-on learning and help students develop the practical skills needed for success in allied health education and careers.

Job Duties

• Provide hands-on instruction and support within allied health laboratory settings.
• Demonstrate and reinforce appropriate clinical and laboratory procedures.
• Assist students in developing practical skills and applying classroom knowledge in a laboratory environment.
• Support student learning through demonstration, observation, practice, and evaluation.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional laboratory learning environment.
• Collaborate with faculty and EPiC Consortium partners to support student success.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in related healthcare fields.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with hands-on clinical or laboratory skills.
• Ability to effectively demonstrate technical skills and communicate procedures to students.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and community partners.
