Position: Customer Experience Coordinator
Location: St. Johns, MI
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility to work evenings or Saturdays when needed.
Join AgroLiquid as our Customer Experience Coordinator and help create a welcoming, professional experience for every guest who walks through our doors. This hands-on role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting events, staying organized, and taking pride in the details that keep a workplace running smoothly. From greeting visitors and assisting with corporate events to managing administrative tasks and supporting our General Store, you will play an important role in making sure our guests and team members feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- First face/voice of corporate {1}
- Greet & make guests feel comfortable and valued while on our premises
- Provide basic product & service information to customers
- Second for answering multi-line phone system
- Receive, route, address and/or resolve guest complaints
- Host Corporate Building Events {2}
- Provide event set-up/tear-down of tables & chairs
- Greet hosting guests to provide meeting A/V setup and room setup satisfaction
- Provide Beverage Service
- Ensure the area remains clean and guests stay in public areas throughout event
- Respond to and assist with health-related emergencies
- Restroom refresh related to events
- Overnight suite room turnover including bedding and towel laundry
- Making sure dishwashers run & emptied regularly
- Operate General Store {3}
- Assist customers in General Store
- Open, close and maintain store appearance daily
- Store account, inventory, operation & report sales to accounting
- Administrative responsibilities {4}
- Help ensure collaboration spaces stay ready for use (cleanliness, mints & candies), stock boardroom with coffee cups, glasses and silverware
- Provide and assist Space Share Partners with room reservations, special requests, questions, etc.
- Coordinate admin vehicle use and return.
- Coordinate use, log, track, and report (to accounting) employee company equipment use
- Run daily, weekly and monthly maintenance on 2nd floor coffee machine
- Collaboratively coordinate planning & execution of spirit days
- Distribute incoming shipment notifications
- Administrate the petty cash box
- Back up for Customer Services Coordinator {5}
- Secondary contact for reservations, payments and inquiries
- Code monthly administration credit card transactions on bank website
- Conferences Center Bright Sign monitor (room location informational monitor)
- Process incoming mail and register checks in ledgers
- Process outgoing shipments
- Maintain and update SOP’s as needed and review annually
- Various administrative projects and associated task work.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and protocols at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

What we’re looking for:
- General knowledge of event space hosting with 2 years’ job experience preferred
- Excellent Customer Service and Guest Interaction Experience
- Available to work between 7:00am – 10:00pm Monday through Saturday
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Computer skills and comfortable with Audio Visual technology/equipment
- Drivers’ license with good driving record
- Ability to stand; walk, sit, squat, and stoop for extended times; lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
