Primary Responsibilities:
- Process and accurately enter vendor invoices, credits, and credit card transactions into the accounting system.
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable activities.
- Ensure proper Sales Tax adherence
- Provide weekly AP reports to management
- Reconcile A/R, A/P, and bank accounts monthly and investigate discrepancies.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Process and accurately enter customer invoices and cash receipts into the accounting system.
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities.
- Assist with inventory reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Prepare and record bank deposits for processing.
- Respond to payment inquiries, resolve account issues, and assist with collections efforts.
- Process and distribute incoming mail.
