- 2+ years job shop set-up experience preferred (Mazak and/or G code)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with work instructions and drawings
- Proficient with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, standard gages)
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to lift +40lbs
- Must be driven/motivated with a positive attitude and desire to learn
- Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Exceptional Punctuality
- A basic understanding of M-code and G-code is preferred
- Ability to read micrometers and calipers
