Job Description
Directly supervise approximately 20 production employees
Spend the majority of the shift on the production floor supporting operations
Drive safety, quality, production, and housekeeping standards
Allocate labor and resources to achieve production goals
Coach, train, and develop hourly employees
Review and manage employee timecards and production reporting
Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime
Partner with Production Manager to improve efficiency and accountability
Support weekend operations as needed (potentially every other weekend, shared with Leads)

Skills and Requirements
Previous production/manufacturing supervisory experience
Managed at least 10+ direct reports (ideal candidates have supervised significantly more than 20)
Comfortable spending 95% of the shift on the production floor
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
o Hydraulics
o Injection molding
o Blow molding
Ability to work nights, flexible schedule, and weekends
Strong professionalism and accountability
Ability to build relationships and lead teams effectively
Experience overseeing employee performance, attendance, and timecards
Proven leadership experience at a larger scale in a Lead, Supervisor, or Management capacity
