Must Haves: * 4-5+ years of relevant systems administration, applications administration, or systems engineering experience * Hands-on AeroScout experience, including support of multiple modules * Asset Tracking, Temperature Monitoring, Infant Protection, and Staff Protection solutions * Experience in healthcare technical project management * Strong understanding of Windows Server environments * Solid networking fundamentals * Ability to quickly become self-sufficient with limited onboarding * Experience working directly with vendors and technical teams * Experience working in an enterprise healthcare/hospital environment Day to Day: * Administer and support the AeroScout platform and associated modules * Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations * Fulfill operational requests such as tracking tag activations and replacements * Coordinate between internal technical teams, stakeholders, and the AeroScout vendor * Assist with customer requests, quotes, and system-related inquiries * Participate in project work and help scope future initiatives as assigned * Work closely with infrastructure and networking teams to resolve system issues * Serve as a liaison between end users and technical resources Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
