IT & Software - Technical Project Manager
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are seeking a senior IT Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (Enovia/MatrixOne) to lead enterprise PLM initiatives. This is an execution-focused position requiring a professional who can step into a complex environment and contribute immediately. The role involves overseeing multiple concurrent projects, partnering with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver strategic technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects supporting the Enovia / 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate activities across architects, system administrators, developers, business analysts, vendors, and offshore teams.
- Ensure business and technical requirements are reviewed, approved, and executed.
- Track project milestones, signoffs, action items, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Oversee AI-related initiatives within the PLM ecosystem, including the integration of AI/ML solutions.
- Manage vendor activities, including project coordination and invoice tracking.
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to project execution, data quality, and solution delivery.
- Manage project teams of approximately 10-15 people.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with Enovia / Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Experience leading Enovia implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
- Proven Technical Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams, including senior architects, developers, and infrastructure resources.
- Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MatrixOne and broader Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE solutions.
- 2+ years of experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, or data-driven technology initiatives.
- General understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycles, and enterprise AI implementations, including tokenization.
- Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud environments.
- Prior experience in a development, architecture, or systems engineering role.
- Comparable PLM experience with Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill is noted, but direct Enovia experience is strongly preferred.
