Clinical Therapist - Northwest Clinic (Full-Time)
Grand Rapids, MI
Pine Rest is seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to provide assessment, counseling, and treatment services for individuals receiving behavioral health care. In this role, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, deliver evidence-based therapy, and help patients build the skills and support needed for recovery.

What You'll Do
Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans
Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches
Collaborate with treatment team members to coordinate patient care
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and community resource coordination
Promote a recovery-focused, person-centered treatment environment
What We're Looking For
Required
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
Current full Michigan licensure as an LMSW, LPC, LP, or equivalent clinical license
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide high-quality, person-centered behavioral health services
Preferred
Experience providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT-Intensive (DBT-I) training
Experience working with children and adolescents
Position Details
Salaried (Exempt) W-2 position
Pay based on licensure and experience, with potential to earn additional income through a quarterly bonus plan
