Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in grounds keeping or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good skill in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to follow simple instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Required to be able to kneel, bend, walk, reach, lift, sit, stand, climb, balance and crawl
- Must be able to move 100 lbs
- Valid Driver’s license
