Job Description
Our client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to be the liaison between our client and the hospital leadership for a large technology transition. In the role, consultants will be responsible for driving technology migration efforts, coordinating service delivery activities, managing asset transition projects, and building strong relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure the successful transition of services and infrastructure.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Delivery Management, Project Management, Technology Operations, or a related field.
Experience leading complex technology transition, migration, transformation, or operational initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience partnering directly with leadership and executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and reporting metrics.
Ability to work primarily onsite in Detroit, Michigan. - Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, or organizational transition initiatives.
Experience within healthcare technology environments.
Experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management and technology deployment initiatives.
Experience managing service delivery across multiple organizations or business units.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
