Pay Range - $30 - $40
We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.
The Rigger II is responsible for the safe movement, installation, removal, and positioning of industrial machinery and equipment in manufacturing, commercial, and industrial environments. This role requires experience with rigging techniques, material handling equipment, and the ability to work alongside millwrights, crane operators, and maintenance crews to complete machinery relocations and installations safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Install industrial machinery
Remove production equipment
Perform precision rigging
Read lift plans
Inspect rigging equipment
Signal crane operators
Operate forklifts
Operate aerial lifts
Set machinery in place
Secure loads safely
Assemble rigging systems
Assist maintenance crews
Follow OSHA standards
Maintain jobsite safety
Requirements
2+ years rigging experience
Industrial construction experience
Rigging equipment knowledge
Forklift operation experience
Blueprint reading skills
Basic hand tools
Safety-conscious work habits
Ability to travel
