Job Description
We are developing our maintenance group and seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the repair and maintenance of semiconductor production equipment. In this role, you will perform electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic maintenance while helping improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support safe, efficient production operations.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
· Perform corrective maintenance and respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and repair needs.
· Conduct electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic repairs on production machinery to minimize operational disruption.
· Repair and rebuild equipment as needed to maintain functionality and improve performance.
· Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions quickly.
· Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, issues, resolutions, and modifications using IOW, digital logbooks, and physical logbooks.
· Create and update standard operating procedures, test protocols, equipment manuals, and maintenance guidelines for MAI processes.
· Follow MIOSHA regulations and Quality Management System guidelines to help maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues accurately and develop practical solutions.
Qualifications
· Educational background in engineering, maintenance technology, or a related technical field.
· Associate or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial technology, or a related field preferred.
· Equivalent hands-on maintenance experience will also be considered.
· Experience maintaining semiconductor production equipment is preferred.
