Pay & Schedule
- Base pay (Cents Per Mile) is based on your verifiable experience: (6-12 months) $0.54, (1+ years) $0.55, (2+years) $0.56, (3+years) $0.57, and (4+ years) $0.60
- Weekly mileage incentives for 2100+ miles (base CPM + 0.05) and 2400+ miles (base CPM + 0.10) (up to 0.70 CPM)
- 5-day work schedule (Home weekends)
- Average Weekly Pay $1,350-$1,650

Onboarding and training:
- Onboarding is held every Tuesday
- We will cover your transportation if you are 100+ miles from our terminal
- 2-4 days of training with another driver is required for all new hires
- $160 for onboarding (classroom training) and $200 per day for each additional day of training (local runs with another driver)
What You Need:
- Valid Class A CDL license
- 6+ months tractor-trailer experience (within last 24 months)
- 22 years or older
- Clean MVR (no major violations or preventable accidents in past 36 months)
- Able to pass DOT physical & drug screen
