We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer focused customer service representative to join our collection agency team in Cadillac, Michigan.
The customer service representative will communicate directly with consumers by telephone or other approved communication methods, assist consumers with questions regarding their accounts, take payments, establish payment arrangements, update account information, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with people, can remain calm and professional during difficult conversations, and takes pride in being accurate, dependable, and helpful.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming and making outbound consumer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist consumers with questions regarding their accounts.
- Review account information and provide accurate information to consumers.
- Take and process consumer payments.
- Establish payment arrangements and promises to pay in accordance with company and client guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of consumer and company information.
- Meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and performance standards.
Our customer service representatives are expected to treat every consumer with professionalism, respect, patience, and courtesy regardless of the circumstances of the conversation.

This is an in office position in Cadillac, Michigan. These positions can be full or part time.
Compensation is competitive and is based on experience and qualifications. Customer service and collection experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
