Key Responsibilities
As a Loan Officer, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong referral partnerships with real estate professionals, builders, financial advisors, and other strategic partners
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building activities
- Consult with borrowers to identify the most suitable mortgage solutions for their unique financial situations
- Structure and present loan options that align with client goals and lending guidelines
- Educate and guide clients throughout the mortgage process from application to closing
- Collaborate closely with processing, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding borrower experience
- Consistently achieve production and performance goals
Qualifications
Preferred
- Active NMLS License
- Previous mortgage origination experience
