Dee Cramer is looking for a Service Dispatcher to support our commercial HVAC service division. This role is the central hub of our service operations, keeping technicians moving, customers informed, and our workflows running smoothly. Primary Responsibilities:

- Answering the customer phone line, collecting information on services needed to identify best course of action
- Daily dispatching of technicians to service calls and adjusting schedules as needed
- Reviewing technician work summaries, ensuring all work order details are complete
- Forecasting and scheduling work based on weather, workload, and priorities
- Ordering parts when necessary
- Serve as a liaison between our Account Managers and Field Technicians on status of service work orders
- Other duties as assigned
Who We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, multi-tasking ability, and comfort in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a professional office environment.
- Dispatching or call center experience
- Previous HVAC experience
- Familiarity with Sage, Build Ops, and/or Tech Tool is helpful
