We're looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our team in one of the following seasonal positions:
- Bartender/Bar Server – The Welcome Lounge

Bartender/Bar Server Responsibilities
- Prepare handcrafted cocktails, pour beer, and serve fine wines for guests in the Welcome Lounge and The Chippewa Room
- Provide friendly, attentive table service in the Welcome Lounge
- Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment
- Guide guests through our menu, daily features, and wine selections
- Serve beer, wine, cocktails, and scratch-made cuisine with professionalism
- Anticipate guest needs and create an exceptional dining experience from start to finish
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely, accurate service
Qualifications
- Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred
- Fine dining experience preferred for server applicants
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food pairings is a plus
- Friendly, dependable, organized, and guest-focused
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Evening, weekend, and Monday availability preferred
Position Details
- Seasonal part-time or full-time positions available through October
- Shifts Range from 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM daily, possibly later depending on scheduled events, weekend availability preferred
- Employment through the end of the season, with opportunities for year-round employment based on performance and business needs
