Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to perform the physical aspects of position including, but not limited to, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a fork truck license. Training to be provided by Linear Motion, LLC
- Must be able to operate a fork truck license
- Must be able to safely operation power tools
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Crate Building/Packaging
- Counting incoming/outgoing product
- Verify serial numbers on incoming/outgoing products
- Document in accordance to the plant standards
- Material handling
- Training of other operators
- Cross-functional training (between cells)
- Follow proper safety requirements in the workplace
- 6S
- Continuous Improvement
- Schedule freight pick ups
- Assured all incoming products are free of damage
- Assure all outgoing products are packaged to prevent damage
- Assure cardboard bailer is emptied and cardboard is disposed of
Qualifications:
- Due to ITAR regulations, must be a U.S. person
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work independently with minimums supervision
- Adhere to all environmental, health and safety policies, regulations, and requirements.
- Due to ITAR regulations, must be a U.S. Person
Language, Math, and Reasoning Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, set-up sheets, travelers, procedure manuals and government regulations.
Computer Skills:
Must be able to use the computer and computer software as required by job.

Factory and product manufacturing environment where the noise levels are moderate to loud.
