We’re an artisanal Neapolitan pizzeria in downtown Ann Arbor looking for dependable, motivated restaurant professionals to join our team.
Our staff typically earn an additional $10–$15+ per hour in tips, on top of their hourly pay. If you're hardworking, reliable and good at what you do, you can make excellent money here.
But this isn't an easy restaurant job.
We expect people to work hard, move with purpose, learn multiple stations and take pride in doing things correctly.
We make traditional Neapolitan pizza from the ground up, with serious attention to dough, fermentation, ingredients and cooking. You'll have the opportunity to learn a real craft—not just another restaurant job.
