What you´ll do
Supports the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Provides relevant sales and product information to Key Account Management/Sales, produces reports, prepares summarized master data sheets
Prepares / supports preparation of technical / commercial offers
Supports with the existing sales tools, follows up with sales team to ensure their accuracy and data quality
Assist Sales team in the generation and qualification of leads; provide support with opportunity progress.
Develop product & project specifications that bring value to customers and support usage of AVT EZ-Valve products; establish and provide submittal documents as required
Manage project funnel, opportunities, contacts and accounts in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system on select opportunities as requested by Sales team.
Provide technical support to our municipal water & industrial customers who specify AVT EZ-Valve products
Provide technical support to our certified installers
Supports sales on the contract management, system management & updates CRM and sales tools to ensure accurate data and system usability
Bridge as sales to various department, channel or customers to coordinate daily operation topic Track customer satisfaction and resolve issues after deals close & analyzes sales data to improve strategies and forecast targets
What makes you a good fit
This position requires a BS Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
Client focused and technical background. Experience as a project engineer or sales engineer is valuable.
A genuine interest in growing career in technical/industrial product management or technical sales.
Proven ability to handle multiple workstreams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bias toward completing tasks quickly and on time
Strong communication skills
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience desired.
Competitive and achievement oriented; Self-motivated and a self-starter, but a team player
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required; Salesforce CRM knowledge a plus
Travel by automobile and airplane is required.

The salary for this role is $65000.00 - $85000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
