Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales/Order Entry Administrator to support our sales and production operations. This role is responsible for accurate order entry, data management, and ongoing communication with internal teams and customers to ensure pricing, scheduling, and order details are correct from start to finish. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and works onsite Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as internal sales support to achieve or exceed North American sales goals.
-Serve as contact for customers. This includes (but is not limited to) answering initial inquiries, taking sales orders, referring leads and answering basic order status questions.
-Input all equipment and spare parts orders quickly and efficiently with minimum errors.
-Main point of contact for third party parts distributor; to include order entry on biweekly basis and forecasting needs to internal purchasing department.
-Implement and maintain parts, machine and base cabinet pricing at customer level.
-Input production forecast into ERP system by machine model.
-Work with production and warehouse staffs to ensure efficient production and shipment of orders.
-Coordinate customer needs with colleagues.
-Maintain customer database: entering new customers and making sure data fields are filled in and accurate.
-Maintain sales dashboards.
-Maintain customer asset tracking reports on quarterly basis.
-Have a friendly, team player personality and is equally comfortable interacting with staff and customers.
Required Qualifications
-2+ years of experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support
-Strong Excel skills (data entry, spreadsheets, basic formulas, sorting/filtering)
-Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, or production teams
-High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
-Familiarity with ERP or order management systems
-Prior experience supporting sales teams or leadership directly

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
