General Description: 2nd shift (M-Th 2:45pm-12:00am, Fridays 2:45-6:45pm)
Receiving
· Unloads products from trucks and inspects for damage.
· Checks packing slip against product and GRL purchase order and accurately enters receiving data into the computer
Warehouse
· Places identification on the product from receiving/returned goods from the plant and delivers it to the desired location.
· Maintains raw material inventory using material handling techniques that prevent damage and/or deterioration.
Slitter
· Slits roll film & paper using slitter machinery
· Machine set-up & operation of a core cutter for jobs in the pressroom & bindery.
· Enters slit purchase order information into the computer
Education / Certification Requirements:
· High School diploma or GED equivalency
· Hi Lo Driver certified
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· General computer skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Good / accurate math skills
· Capable of operating machinery
· Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
· 2 – 3 years experience Receiving / Inventory management, in a manufacturing environment, is strongly desired
