Arnold Center, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring Direct Care Professionals (DCPs) and Home Health Aides to join our team serving individuals throughout Midland and Bay Counties.

We currently have opportunities available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, providing candidates with a variety of scheduling options.
What You'll Do
As a Direct Care Professional or Home Health Aide, you will provide individualized support to help people live as independently and successfully as possible. Depending on the needs of the individual you support, responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Supporting individuals with meal preparation and household activities.
- Assisting with community activities, appointments, shopping, and other daily needs.
- Providing companionship, encouragement, and individualized support.
- Helping individuals develop and maintain independent living skills.
- Supporting health, safety, and personal well-being.
- Following individualized plans of service and established support guidelines.
- Completing required service documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicating effectively with individuals, families, guardians, Service Coordinators, and other members of the support team.
- Promoting dignity, choice, independence, and community inclusion.

Previous experience in direct care, home health, caregiving, community mental health, or human services is helpful; however, we encourage caring and dependable candidates interested in entering the field to apply.
