Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Cashier & Presser to provide excellent customer service while accurately handling transactions and professionally caring for garments. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process customer orders and accurately handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Receive, tag, organize, and prepare garments for cleaning and customer pickup.
• Operate pressing equipment safely and effectively.
• Press, steam, and finish garments according to established quality standards.
• Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special-care requirements.
• Ensure garments are properly finished, organized, packaged, and ready for customers.
• Answer customer questions and address service concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company procedures for garment care, customer service, safety, and quality control.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier, customer service, garment-care, or pressing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
