What You'll Do
In this role, you will coordinate and maintain key human resources functions throughout the employee lifecycle, including:
- Posting open positions and coordinating recruitment efforts.
- Reviewing employment applications and assisting Department Directors with candidate selection.
- Coordinating interviews and conducting employment reference checks.
- Completing and documenting required background checks and pre-employment screenings.

- Coordinating new employee onboarding and organizational orientation.
- Establishing and maintaining accurate, confidential employee personnel files.
- Maintaining employee credentialing and compliance records.
- Developing and maintaining the organization's employee training matrix.
- Tracking required training and notifying employees and supervisors of upcoming or overdue requirements.
- Maintaining official employee training records.
- Administering employee benefit enrollment, changes, annual open enrollment, and related documentation.
- Coordinating workers' compensation claims, documentation, restrictions, and return-to-work information.
- Coordinating organizational responses to unemployment claims.
- Maintaining the annual employee performance review schedule and supporting Department Directors in completing reviews on time.
- Supporting Department Directors with employee documentation, corrective action, performance concerns, policy interpretation, and employment compliance.
- Coordinating employee separation and offboarding requirements.
- Maintaining the Arnold Center Employee Handbook and coordinating updates and employee acknowledgments.
- Maintaining the official Arnold Center Organizational Forms Directory and document-control system.
- Conducting routine personnel, credentialing, training, and HR compliance audits.
- Preparing HR compliance reports for the President & CEO.
- Supporting the organization during funding source, accreditation, regulatory, and other compliance reviews.
