Candidates will need a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to drive in all weather, be able to work independently, ability to safely use common household equipment, commit to maintaining confidentiality, have strong people skills with sensitivity to the needs of older adults, and be able to do physical labor, including standing, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds while cleaning and moving light furniture.
