Position Summary
Dow Credit Union is seeking a full-time Service Desk Representative to provide a welcoming first impression for employees, members, and visitors while delivering outstanding customer service. This position serves as the first point of contact for individuals entering the branch, answering questions, directing visitors, and ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and efficient.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Member and Visitor Services
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment by greeting employees, members, and visitors entering the branch.
- Assist with basic questions and provide directions to the appropriate departments.
- Communicate with members to determine their needs and connect them with the appropriate staff or department.
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring every interaction is positive, friendly, and prompt.
Member Assistance
- Answer and assist members with general questions and inquiries, including:
- ATM assistance
- Coin machine usage
- Bill Pay
- Online banking
- Shred bin services
- Other general credit union services
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain member interaction logs and notify appropriate departments of member requests and inquiries.
- Review interaction logs to ensure member needs are addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain visitor badge records and visitor logs.
- Track branch door counts.
- Maintain the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) machine log.
Emergency Response & Branch Support
- Direct and assist individuals during emergency situations.
- Complete required documentation during and following emergency situations.
- Assist individuals seeking information regarding the Retirement and Investment Center and Liberty Mutual.
- Serve as an alternate representative for the Retirement and Investment Center suite when needed.
Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- Up to six months of customer service experience required.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
